Pixar Pier

Our team loves taking on a new challenge. So with the recent rebranding and opening of Pixar Pier, our team was tasked with creating the entire Park in 3D and producing photo realistic renders. No small task, to be sure.

In addition to the complex modeling, we brought the park to life, building out full animations of the park lighting up at night. The finishing touch was rigging and animating the trademark Luxor lamp featured atop the Pixar Pier sign on the bridge. One of the many benefits of 3D is the flexibility of adapting a scene to any environment. It’s always enjoyable to see an image come alive as we progress. It’s a little added motivation to stay the course and always maintain a high level of effort and dedication.
